About the role
- Provide first- and second-line support for user, desktop and application environments (excluding business-specific applications) across all Group entities
- Assist users (helpdesk) to resolve outages or difficulties
- Escalate complex incidents to the systems, network or applications teams
- Manage tickets using the GLPI tool (IT problem resolution)
- Diagnose and report network malfunctions to the systems team and help prevent future issues
- Raise user awareness of network and security best practices
- Manage VoIP operations and support TVIP
- Supervise assets (network equipment such as Wi‑Fi/DECT/TEL‑FIX/copier)
- Inventory and stock management
- Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of the information system security policy
- Take part in scheduled operations overseen by the systems team: updates, patches and deployments
- Keep technical documentation up to date (procedures, guidelines)
- Assist with the deployment of new applications and the technical integration of IT projects
Requirements
- Education: BTS/DUT in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role and/or a significant internship
- Technical skills: Networks (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN)
- Operating systems: Windows, Unix
- Communication protocols
