About the role
- Manage the entire customer relationship (reception and follow-up)
- Schedule and prepare appointments for after-sales/service customers
- Prepare repair orders and work orders
- Identify and propose additional products and services (upselling)
- Act as liaison between customers and workshop teams
- Prepare repair estimates/quotes and manage customer files
- Issue invoices and process payments
- Return vehicles to customers
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through strong interpersonal skills
- Monitor quality and customer satisfaction indicators
- Promote the company and its full range of services
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and enforce them
- Maintain the quality standards required by the manufacturer
- Contribute to the dealership's brand image
Requirements
- Diploma: High school (Bac) to two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) in business/commerce or automotive mechanics
- Proven experience as an after-sales/customer service advisor, ideally in the automotive after-sales sector
- Comfortable interacting with customers; customer-focused
- Proficient with computer tools and office software
- Commercial awareness and a strong customer service orientation
