About the role

  • Welcome customers in accordance with the company’s values and brand
  • Schedule appointments
  • Optimize the workshop workload schedule while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction criteria are met
  • Prepare repair orders
  • Explain invoices to customers
  • Return vehicles to customers (vehicle handover)
  • Manage the pool of replacement vehicles
  • Follow up on customer files and perform customer reminders/follow-ups
  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews in a personalized manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal and manufacturer processes
  • Know, apply and enforce the quality management system
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • Minimum level: Baccalauréat (high school diploma)
  • Autonomous, adaptable and able to manage priorities with a strong sense of organization
  • Strong customer relations skills and a team player
  • Demonstrates rigor and thoroughness in completing assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Comfortable with office software and general IT tools
  • Hold a valid driving license (Category B)
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or in after-sales administration is a plus
