About the role
- Welcome customers in accordance with the company’s values and brand
- Schedule appointments
- Optimize the workshop workload schedule while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction criteria are met
- Prepare repair orders
- Explain invoices to customers
- Return vehicles to customers (vehicle handover)
- Manage the pool of replacement vehicles
- Follow up on customer files and perform customer reminders/follow-ups
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews in a personalized manner
- Ensure compliance with internal and manufacturer processes
- Know, apply and enforce the quality management system
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Minimum level: Baccalauréat (high school diploma)
- Autonomous, adaptable and able to manage priorities with a strong sense of organization
- Strong customer relations skills and a team player
- Demonstrates rigor and thoroughness in completing assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Comfortable with office software and general IT tools
- Hold a valid driving license (Category B)
- Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or in after-sales administration is a plus
