About the role

  • Ensure end-to-end customer relations (reception and follow-up)
  • Schedule and prepare customer appointments for the after-sales/service department
  • Prepare repair orders and work orders
  • Proactively propose additional products and services (upselling)
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop teams
  • Prepare repair estimates/quotes and manage customer files
  • Issue invoices and handle payments
  • Handover vehicles to customers
  • Build customer loyalty through strong interpersonal skills
  • Monitor quality and customer satisfaction indicators

  • Comply with and enforce hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma (Bac) to a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in commerce or automotive mechanics
  • Previous successful experience as an after-sales customer advisor in the automotive/after-sales sector
  • Comfortable with customers and proficient with computer tools/office software
