About the role
- Ensure end-to-end customer relations (reception and follow-up)
- Schedule and prepare customer appointments for the after-sales/service department
- Prepare repair orders and work orders
- Proactively propose additional products and services (upselling)
- Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop teams
- Prepare repair estimates/quotes and manage customer files
- Issue invoices and handle payments
- Handover vehicles to customers
- Build customer loyalty through strong interpersonal skills
- Monitor quality and customer satisfaction indicators
- Promote the company and its full range of services
- Comply with and enforce hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer-required quality standards
- Contribute to the dealership's brand image
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (Bac) to a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in commerce or automotive mechanics
- Previous successful experience as an after-sales customer advisor in the automotive/after-sales sector
- Comfortable with customers and proficient with computer tools/office software
