About the role
- Provide support and assistance to the group's office users
- Support and manage VIP users
- Remote diagnosis of hardware and/or software issues
- Identify the appropriate contacts/stakeholders needed to resolve issues
- Create and update procedures
- Independently manage the incident backlog
- Manage and track hardware inventory
Requirements
- Degree in IT (equivalent to Bac+2/Bac+3)
- Profile and key qualities: rigorous, organized, autonomous, with an excellent service orientation
- Project management skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Windows
- Networking knowledge
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Experience in retail is a plus
- Minimum 3 years' experience
