About the role
- Develop or update GPEC frameworks and tools:
- Write and/or update job descriptions together with managers.
- Create and/or update competency matrices associated with each job description.
- Integrate data into the new HRIS.
- Update the job reference framework.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers.
- Assess existing tools and propose improvements.
- Support the update and enhancement of the HRIS.
- Identify and report improvement needs or technical issues.
- Train and support managers and employees in the use of the HRIS.
- Evaluate analytical tools and recommend enhancements.
- Participate in tracking and launching performance review campaigns via the HRIS.
- Provide backup support to HR referents for monitoring and managing the training plan within the systems.
- Contribute to ongoing job classification and compensation projects.
- Participate in initiatives related to Quality of Work Life (QWL) and workplace wellbeing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's (Bac+3) or Master's (Bac+4) degree in Human Resources.
- At least 5 years' proven experience in HR development and workforce planning (GPEC).
- Rigor and ability to work independently.
- Proactive with a strong capacity to propose solutions and improvements.
- Able to work effectively in a team.
- Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good training/pedagogical skills and effective communication.
