About the role
- Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions tailored to clients within your scope
- Act as a liaison between operational teams and the Services Manager
- Provide functional and methodological support to teams delivering services
- Monitor project progress and alert in case of deviations or identified risks
- Implement, for your scope, the organization and Quality Assurance Plan defined with the client and the Services Manager
- Ensure daily monitoring of services and ensure contractual commitments are met (quality, deadlines, processes)
- Coordinate interventions of different internal teams to ensure smooth and coherent service delivery
- Help identify and resolve blockers, and escalate operational issues to the Services Manager when necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Provide reporting for the scope defined by the Services Manager
- Assist in preparing steering committees and technical committees
- Propose corrective actions to improve team performance (adjust workload, etc.)
- Operationally supervise on-site support services (manage incoming flows and ticket handling)
- Participate in recruitment
- Provide backup for the manager in their absence
- Ensure compliance with client-required rules and best practices
Requirements
- Strong curiosity and a keen interest in new IT/AV technologies
- Experience with streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Fluent English preferred
