About the role
- Provide desktop support and assistance to the group's office users
- Manage VIP users
- Perform remote diagnostics of hardware and/or software malfunctions
- Identify the appropriate contacts needed to resolve issues
- Create and update procedures
- Independently manage the incident backlog
- Manage and track hardware inventory
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in IT (equivalent to 2–3 years of higher education)
- Detail-oriented, organized, autonomous, with a strong customer service mindset
- Project management skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Windows
- Networking knowledge
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Knowledge of retail environments is a plus
- Minimum 3 years' experience
