About the role

  • Define the QHSE policy
  • Define and evolve the QHSE policy in alignment with other policies (HR, technical, prevention, procurement, marketing…)
  • Initiate, prioritize and sequence the actions to be taken: from site risk control and site safety to the development of innovative processes.
  • Manage the action plan and the resources to be implemented
  • Establish quality indicators (for example: customer satisfaction index, number of customers, monthly revenue…) and ensure monitoring of these indicators.
  • Define internal QHSE audit plans and support the resulting action plans.
  • Implement continuous improvement plans and involve teams in change management.
  • Promote the environmental policy across all staff by organizing awareness activities (newsletter, intranet, brochures, meetings, etc.) and training.
  • Supervise and manage QHSE referents by defining each person’s responsibilities and leading regular meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (12–15 years) in QHSE, ideally in services, multisite logistics or electronic/IT equipment.
  • Mastery of ISO standards (9001 / 14001 / 45001) and ITIL.
  • Knowledge of French SST/ENV regulations (health, safety and environmental rules).
  • Skills in change management, training, cross-functional facilitation, and managing external providers.
  • Interest in digital tools (mobile audit tools, dashboards) and the ability to translate QHSE requirements into business KPIs.
