About the role

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 incidents and requests
  • First-level administration of Active Directory (AD) and Exchange accounts
  • Provide phone support with remote access/control
  • Manage IT hardware inventory at the client site
  • Monitor tickets using the ticketing system and follow up on unresolved incidents
  • Prepare and deploy workstations

Requirements

  • Two-year technical degree (Bac +2) in IT or equivalent
  • Proven initial experience in on-site support or helpdesk
  • Strong Level 1 incident management skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange administration
  • Comfortable with remote access/remote control tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, autonomy and strong organizational skills
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
