About the role
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 incidents and requests
- First-level administration of Active Directory (AD) and Exchange accounts
- Provide phone support with remote access/control
- Manage IT hardware inventory at the client site
- Monitor tickets using the ticketing system and follow up on unresolved incidents
- Prepare and deploy workstations
Requirements
- Two-year technical degree (Bac +2) in IT or equivalent
- Proven initial experience in on-site support or helpdesk
- Strong Level 1 incident management skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange administration
- Comfortable with remote access/remote control tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail, autonomy and strong organizational skills
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
