About the role
- Provide first-level onsite support across the entire Workplace and Audiovisual scope
- Support Tangram staff
- Support academy staff
- Support events
- Prepare rooms (network tests, Microsoft Teams, audio, video)
- Provide first-level production/operations support during onsite cohorts (audio, video, lighting)
Requirements
- Proficient in the Windows (client) environment
- Provide assistance and troubleshooting for tablets and mobile devices
- Support deployments and follow up on newly implemented solutions
- Deliver training, both written and verbal, to all staff
- Develop and update procedures
- Create and track Level 1 tickets
- Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding
- Manage first-level audiovisual support (training provided by the site IT team)
