About the role
- Work on a variety of IT equipment and telecommunications systems
- Perform audits, repairs, or preparations according to client specifications
- Configure IT and/or electronic hardware
- Diagnose faults and perform accurate troubleshooting
- Repair equipment based on the diagnosis
- Document each step to ensure traceability
Requirements
- Holder of a two-year post-secondary degree in IT (e.g., BTS SIO, DUT Networks and Telecommunications, or equivalent)
- Conscientious, meticulous, and reliable
- Strong ability to work as part of a team while remaining autonomous
- Strong adherence to procedures
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using IT management tools (CRM)
