About the role
- Define QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policy
- Drive, prioritize and sequence the actions to be taken
- Analyze risks by business area and investigate workplace accidents
- Assess environmental impacts and ensure regulatory compliance
- Establish quality indicators
- Promote the environmental policy across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience (12–15 years) in QHSE
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ITIL
- Knowledge of French occupational health & safety (OHS) and environmental regulations
- Skills in change management, training, cross-functional facilitation, and vendor/contractor management
- Appetite for digital solutions (mobile audit tools, dashboards)
- Ability to translate QHSE requirements into business KPIs
