About the role

  • Lead and develop the Group's customer relations strategy
  • Lead, manage and upskill the telesales and after-sales customer service team
  • Define and structure a multichannel customer relationship strategy tailored to diverse audiences
  • Deploy a service culture centered on customer satisfaction
  • Drive sustainable customer loyalty
  • Implement the tools, processes and materials necessary to develop customer relationships
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and training of team members
  • Organize and coordinate customer service activities
  • Identify levers to improve internal processes
  • Develop and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in customer relations, business, management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a similar role, managing customer service or a contact centre
  • Comfortable with IT tools (CRM, business software) and adaptable to a digital environment
  • Ability to structure and maintain a durable, multichannel and personalized customer relationship
  • Strong team management experience, with a leadership style that is both demanding and supportive
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy and a service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and a cooperative spirit
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or spare parts is a plus
