• Ensure strict compliance with warranty procedures
• Monitor the workshop’s profitability
• Answer phone calls and respond to appointment requests made online
• Work closely with the Parts & Accessories (PRA) department

• Perform interior and exterior washing and cleaning of all types of vehicles without restriction

• Perform all activities related to managing warranty files
• Verify warranty entitlements
• Prepare and check prior approval requests
• Issue warranty invoices
• Ensure administrative compliance of files and adherence to procedures
• Manage anomalies and disputes related to warranty file processing
• Monitor reimbursements
• Track monthly numerical reports
• Work remotely with workshop managers and technicians responsible for the files
