About the role
- Greet customers and verify their contact details and vehicle information
- Return vehicles to customers, clearly explaining the invoice and the work carried out
- Accurately code repair orders (RO)
- Prepare estimates
- Ensure all completed work is billed and process customer payments
- Monitor the daily mechanical workshop workload and manage the schedule
- Ensure strict compliance with warranty procedures
- Monitor the workshop’s profitability
- Answer phone calls and respond to appointment requests made online
- Work closely with the Parts & Accessories (PRA) department
Requirements
- Automotive training at the level of a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player
- Commercial awareness and strong customer service focus
