About the role

  • Greet customers and verify their contact details and vehicle information
  • Return vehicles to customers, clearly explaining the invoice and the work carried out
  • Accurately code repair orders (RO)
  • Prepare estimates
  • Ensure all completed work is billed and process customer payments
  • Monitor the daily mechanical workshop workload and manage the schedule
  • Ensure strict compliance with warranty procedures
  • Monitor the workshop’s profitability
  • Answer phone calls and respond to appointment requests made online
  • Work closely with the Parts & Accessories (PRA) department

Requirements

  • Automotive training at the level of a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player
  • Commercial awareness and strong customer service focus
