About the role

  • Manage job postings, review applications, and support initial candidate screening
  • Own the full‑cycle interview scheduling process, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep things running smoothly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a great experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS
  • Assist with offer coordination and support onboarding, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed, including I-9s and background checks.
  • Help improve recruiting operations by refining workflows, documentation, and templates

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or a similar administrative role
  • Comfort working with scheduling tools and ATS platforms (Lever, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • US-based and available for 20 to 30 hours per week
