About the role
- Defining product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, SEO trends, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that drive user adoption and retention.
- Leading cross-functional planning to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
- Partnering with support and growth teams to ensure product-market fit and measurable outcomes.
- Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing usage data to inform product decisions.
- Leading customer onboarding and experience improvements during our SaaS transition.
- Implementing product analytics tools to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
- Working closely with the customer support and success teams to identify pain points and continuously improve user satisfaction.
- Keeping abreast of changes in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem.
- Creating clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business goals.
- Championing a culture of experimentation and continuous learning through A/B testing and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with WordPress or SEO-related products.
- Proven track record of managing technical products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and user needs in the WordPress community.
- Experience working on SaaS products, especially within the WordPress or marketing tools space.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is a plus.
