About the role

  • Are you a passionate Software Engineer looking to work with innovative technologies and contribute to meaningful digital solutions? In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate on building high-quality web applications and services, driving projects from concept through release and ongoing optimization. Primary focus to implement, improve, extend, and maintain the applications that Termly provides. Play a contributing role in the entire development process. On-call assignments are shared across the team, and this role would share that responsibility, and would also be a tier 2 support for fires. Report to the Dubai AppDev manager. Work closely with US team; work US business hours; Termly is remote workforce centered primarily in USA.

Requirements

  • 2+ years back-end, front-end, or full-stack software development experience Work well with leaders, support folks, ops folks, and developers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working on remote teams Proficiency in refactoring and unit testing Experience with one or more cloud platforms Experience with one or more technologies in our tech stack: Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL, React, Kubernetes cloud-based infrastructure Work 4 hours of overlap with US Mountain Time business hours to collaborate with the US-based tech team
