About the role
- Lead overall program execution and governance across multiple task orders
- Operationalize IDIQ contract requirements, performance standards, and delivery expectations
- Establish and maintain program cadence, reporting, and performance metrics
- Ensure schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables remain aligned with contract requirements
- Ensure full compliance with contract terms, DIA policies, and Intelligence Community security requirements
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect program outcomes
- Monitor performance across teams and partners, ensuring commitments are met
- Serve as the senior program interface with DIA stakeholders
- Facilitate structured discussions on priorities, dependencies, risks, and program direction
- Build and maintain trusted relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery
- Oversee execution across multiple concurrent task orders
- Align task order leadership, technical teams, and partners to shared objectives
- Support identification and shaping of follow-on work and program expansion opportunities
- Contribute to proposal development and solution shaping as needed
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; SCI strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community programs
- 10+ years in program management or senior leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience managing complex federal contracts and multiple workstreams
- Strong understanding of federal contracting, compliance, and risk management
- Proven ability to maintain program momentum in complex, fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be local to the Washington, DC metro area
