Chief Technology Officer

• Lead the technology function, providing strategic and operational leadership across engineering, architecture, platforms, security, technology operations and IT service delivery
• Ensure technology investments, systems, and capabilities support business objectives, product strategy, and future growth
• Drive technical excellence, engineering efficiency, platform reliability, and continuous improvement
• Lead technology security, risk, and compliance activities, including the ISO 27001 programme
• Develop and inspire the engineering team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
• Own and evolve the technical architecture of core systems and platforms
• Ensure effective technical planning, prioritisation, and risk management across the engineering function
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment
• Act as a key point of contact for IT service performance, risks, and issues
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Continuously improve engineering productivity through better tooling, automation, and process optimisation
• Ensure systems and practices align with relevant regulatory and data protection requirements
