About the role

  • Surgical and instrument assistance, including float duties during procedures across various medical disciplines
  • Preparation of operating rooms and instruments, including verification of functionality and sterility of all devices and materials
  • Handling medical devices and performing their care and maintenance in compliance with the Medical Devices Regulation (MDR)

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Operating Theatre Assistant (OTA) (m/f/d)
  • Willingness to collaborate collegially with other professional groups

  • Patient-oriented manner, strong empathy and good communication skills
