• Support the project manager in planning, coordinating and executing ongoing projects

Surgical Technologist – OTA

Recruitment

• Develop a strategy for the group's international recruiting across all medical professions (focus on nursing)
• Organize and support the conduct of international applicant interviews with the involved leaders (online or on-site interviews)
• Prepare GRN presentations for international applicants
• Manage administrative processes up to the point of entry into the country (e.g. accelerated skilled worker procedure under § 81a of the German Residence Act - AufenthG) and maintain contact with recruited staff until arrival
• Coordinate arrival dates with the respective GRN locations
• Work closely with the integration officers of all GRN facilities
• Regularly scout the market for suitable recruitment agencies, including reviewing contractual terms
• Serve as a point of contact for managers and integration officers on employment contract and residence law matters

International Recruiting and Integration Specialist

• Pre- and post-operative preparation of the operating theatre
• Planning, preparation and execution of upcoming operations, including ensuring the required instruments, equipment and consumables are available
• Assisting/instrumenting during surgeries across all clinical departments
• Preparation, reprocessing and maintenance of medical instruments, devices and materials

Chief Technology Officer

• Deputy technical management of a team of 15 employees
• On-site responsibility for HLS (heating, ventilation and sanitary/plumbing) systems and hands-on support
• Maintenance and refurbishment of the clinic's HLS systems and facilities in accordance with applicable regulations
• Independent planning and execution of smaller projects
• Technical supervision of construction measures and external contractors
• Modernization of existing systems (air handling/RLT systems, water treatment systems, heating systems, chillers, climate control)
