About the role

  • - Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Oracle Health (Cerner) applications
  • - Assign appropriate roles and permissions based on job function and access requests
  • - Process access requests through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) within defined SLAs
  • - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security policies
  • - Perform routine audits of user accounts and access levels
  • - Troubleshoot basic access issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • - Maintain documentation of provisioning procedures and updates
  • - Collaborate with onboarding/offboarding teams to manage user lifecycle
  • - Support periodic access reviews and certification processes

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Admin, or related field
  • - 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • - Basic understanding of IT systems, user account management, or identity access management (IAM)
  • - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • - Good communication and customer service skills
  • - Familiarity with clinical workflows preferred
  • - Previous Oracle EHR exposure HIGHLY PREFERRED
