About the role

  • - Provide analytical support for program management and strategic communications tasks ensuring alignment with mission and strategic goals.
  • - Create executive-level reports and presentations to communicate business needs evaluation, strategic initiatives, multi-year planning, project progress, and outcomes to leadership.
  • - Assist in the strategic planning, development, and implementation of communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and information dissemination.
  • - Utilize project management software to track project progress and deliverables.
  • - Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met and align with strategic goals, effective communication with stakeholders, and alignment with Capability Architectures and Business Frameworks.
  • - Support Multi-Year Programming (MYP) processes, ensuring strategic alignment of IT investments and business needs.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field.
  • - 7 years of experience, including program management support, strategic communications, program analysis or relevant experience
  • - Strong analytical and communication skills.
