About the role

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with accuracy and foresight
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, review and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the CEO
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking and vendor coordination
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Represent the CEO professionally and diplomatically in all interactions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced or high-growth environment required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with board governance and executive-level operations
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Expertise in Microsoft office suite, with particular attention to Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess a high degree of poise, judgment, discretion, empathy and professionalism
