About the role
- Evaluates processes and develops action plans
- Maintains oversight of the center's quality management system
- Directs and monitors processes for compliance with regulations
- Implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control
- Collaborates with Center Manager to ensure product quality
- Prepares quality analysis reports to track issues and set goals
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
- 2 years of related experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment
- Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred
- Command of interpersonal communication
- Strong integrity and commitment to quality and compliance
- High level of proficiency with computers
- Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
