About the role
- Lead the Plasma Innovation Hub, defining the strategic innovation roadmap
- Govern the end-to-end innovation portfolio, ensuring measurable value and alignment with long-term goals
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities in plasma procurement
- Direct the innovation project phases with executive-level rigor
- Lead stakeholder engagement, market exploration, and establish KPI frameworks
- Mentor the Innovation Manager and nurture a culture of experimentation
- Conduct advanced market research to inform innovation and service development
- Provide foresight on industry shifts and develop strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Represent the Innovation vertical with credibility in internal forums
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Innovation, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation, strategy and project management roles
- Strong knowledge of customer-centric methodologies (Design Thinking, Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping, etc.)
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and working in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
