About the role

  • Promote Grifols products (Biopharma division) to public and private hospitals in accordance with company strategy and internal procedures
  • Provide information and advice to healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of plasma‑derived medicinal products and the associated medical context
  • Deliver high‑quality promotional information within the scope of marketing authorizations (MA) to public and private institutions
  • Raise awareness of Grifols medicines and support healthcare professionals in their use
  • Maintain professional relationships in compliance with the Information Charter when conducting outreach or prospecting
  • Organize and provide support for correct product use (infusion procedures, safety measures, etc.)
  • Implement local, regional and cross‑functional activities (staff meetings, EPU, continuing medical education/CME, congresses, meetings)
  • Communicate regularly with headquarters to relay information, medical queries and contribute to pharmacovigilance reporting
  • Develop and implement sector action plans and manage the regional budget
  • Identify and meet stakeholders involved in disease management (physicians, pharmacists, nurses) through in‑person or remote visits
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and participate in national or international projects
  • Monitor tenders and support product listings in partnership with the Key Accounts Manager
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and develop environmental information on plasma‑derived medicines.

Requirements

  • Diploma as a Medical Representative (Visiteur Médical) or equivalent; scientific degree at Master’s level (Bac+4/Bac+5)
  • Minimum 5 years of hospital experience with knowledge of decision‑making processes
  • Strong knowledge of the medical and regulatory environment in immunology, hematology and internal medicine
  • In‑depth knowledge of hospital pharmacists and other users in the sector
  • Ability to operate in a demanding, highly technical medical environment
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills; able to organize staff meetings and professional events
  • Autonomy, rigor, proactivity and a strong sense of initiative
  • Analytical skills, active listening, ability to take perspective and adapt under pressure or in urgent situations
  • Experience in budget management and defining local strategy with autonomy and responsibility
  • High ethical standards, humility and team spirit.
