About the role

  • Promote Grifols products (Biopharma business) to public and private hospital institutions in accordance with the defined strategy.
  • Carry out promotional information activities compliant with the Information Charter through direct promotion or outreach.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of medicines and their scientific environment.
  • Build and maintain lasting professional relationships with all hospital stakeholders.
  • Support healthcare professionals in the appropriate use of medicines and patient care.
  • Establish local, regional and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ensure communication with headquarters: report field information, medical questions, and specific needs.
  • Actively participate in pharmacovigilance and ensure adherence to related procedures.
  • Develop and implement sector action plans based on national and regional objectives, and manage the associated regional budget.
  • Identify and meet with all actors involved in the management of the relevant pathologies.
  • Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the assigned territory.
  • Participate in conferences, scientific meetings, events and communication projects.
  • Contribute to the development strategy and participate in international meetings.
  • Implement and deploy national or regional projects.
  • Advise healthcare professionals on patient safety issues related to plasma‑derived medicinal products.

Requirements

  • Diploma as a Medical Sales Representative or a scientific degree equivalent to Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master’s level).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a hospital environment, with excellent knowledge of decision-making pathways.
  • Ability to operate in a demanding medical and scientifically rigorous environment.
  • Strong familiarity with hospital pharmacists and hospital end-users.
  • Solid knowledge of the medical, regulatory and competitive environment, notably in pulmonology, transplantation and internal medicine.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and leading staff meetings.
  • High degree of autonomy, rigor, professionalism, initiative and appetite for challenge.
  • Good listening, analytical skills, ability to take perspective and to question one’s approach.
  • Ability to manage a budget and local strategy within a framework of autonomy and trust.
  • High ethical standards, humility and respect for professional codes of conduct.
  • Ability to handle urgency and pressure calmly and to prioritize effectively.
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm.
