About the role

  • Promote Grifols products (Biopharma activity) to public and private healthcare institutions in accordance with the defined strategy, Grifols France SARL and Grifols Group internal procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Provide promotional information in compliance with the Promotional Information Charter through outreach or solicitation aimed at informing about medicinal products, and support healthcare professionals in the appropriate use of products and patient care.
  • Deliver high-quality promotional information, compliant with marketing authorizations (MAs), to public and private hospital institutions.
  • Develop scientific knowledge of the medicines and their scientific context.
  • Maintain durable professional relationships with all hospital stakeholders in compliance with the Promotional Information Charter and compliance rules.
  • Support healthcare professionals in the correct use of medicines (product usage, infusion methods, safety measures).
  • Establish local, regional and cross-functional partnerships (staff meetings, EPU, continuing medical education (CME), scientific meetings).
  • Ensure communication with headquarters: reporting field information, medical questions, and specific needs.
  • Actively participate in pharmacovigilance and ensure application of associated procedures.
  • Develop and implement sector action plans based on national and regional objectives, and manage the associated regional budget.
  • Identify and meet all stakeholders involved in the management of the relevant pathologies (physicians, pharmacists, nurses), through face-to-face or remote visits.
  • Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
  • Participate in congresses, scientific meetings, events and communication projects.
  • Contribute to development strategy and take part in international meetings.
  • Implement and deploy national or regional projects.
  • Support healthcare professionals on safety issues related to plasma‑derived medicinal products.
  • Monitor hospital tenders.
  • Support product listings and references in institutions in partnership with the Key Accounts Manager.
  • Provide high-quality environmental information (manufacturing of plasma‑derived medicinal products, traceability, industry challenges).
  • Present and represent Grifols to institutions and partners.
  • Maintain active competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • Degree as a Medical Sales Representative (Visiteur Médical) or a scientific degree at Bac+4/Bac+5 level (equivalent to a Master’s).
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a hospital environment, with excellent knowledge of decision-making pathways.
  • Ability to operate in a demanding medical and highly scientific environment.
  • Very good knowledge of hospital pharmacists and hospital end-users.
  • Strong mastery of the medical, regulatory and competitive environment, notably in pneumology, transplantation and internal medicine.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, confident public speaking and ability to lead staff meetings.
  • High degree of autonomy, rigor, professionalism, initiative and a strong drive for challenges.
  • Good listening, analytical skills, ability to step back and willingness to challenge and be challenged.
  • Ability to manage a budget and local strategy within a framework of autonomy and trust.
  • High ethical standards, humility and respect for professional conduct rules.
  • Ability to handle urgency and pressure calmly and to prioritize effectively.
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm.
