About the role
- Promote Grifols products (Biopharma) to public and private hospital institutions.
- Provide high-quality promotional information that is compliant with marketing authorisations (MA) to public and private hospitals.
- Develop and deepen scientific knowledge of the medicines and their scientific environment.
- Maintain durable professional relationships with all hospital stakeholders.
- Support healthcare professionals in the appropriate use of medicines.
- Establish local, regional and cross-functional partnerships.
- Maintain communication with headquarters.
- Actively participate in pharmacovigilance activities.
- Develop and implement sector-specific action plans based on national and regional objectives.
- Identify and meet all stakeholders involved in the management of the relevant pathologies.
- Participate in congresses, scientific meetings, local meetings and communication projects.
Requirements
- Degree as a Medical Representative or a scientific degree at Bac+4/Bac+5 level (equivalent to a Master’s degree).
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a hospital environment, with excellent knowledge of decision-making processes.
- Ability to perform in a demanding medical and scientifically rigorous environment.
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacists and hospital end-users.
- Solid command of the medical, regulatory and competitive environment, particularly in pulmonology, transplantation and internal medicine.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and leading staff/educational sessions.
- Strong autonomy, rigor, professionalism, initiative and a competitive mindset.
- Good listening and analytical skills, ability to take perspective and accept constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage a budget and a local strategy within a framework of autonomy and trust.
- High ethical standards, humility and respect for codes of conduct.
- Ability to handle urgent situations and pressure calmly while prioritizing effectively.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm.
