About the role
- Own and optimize the full GTM tech stack.
- Evaluate, select, and implement tools to improve productivity and operational accuracy.
- Maintain data integrity and documentation for all GTM systems.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Engineering, Regulatory, Marketing, Customer Success, Field Operations, and Product.
- Establish repeatable operating cadences (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles).
- Act as the connective tissue between GTM and other functional groups.
- Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics.
- Define, track, and socialize GTM KPIs and operational health metrics.
- Develop board-ready reporting materials in partnership with senior GTM leadership.
- Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory trends, and utility procurement insights.
- Translate market intel into actionable recommendations.
- Equip GTM teams with strategic context for positioning.
- Own GTM documentation repositories with version control.
- Maintain SOPs, playbooks, onboarding materials, and training assets.
- Establish governance for documentation updates.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in GTM, revenue, or business operations within a high-growth B2B company.
- Strong command of CRM and BI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize scalable processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
