• Lead and rebuild GridGain’s global marketing function and partner with the go-to-market team
• Build a scalable product marketing function that enables sales and supports new product introductions
• Drive creation of solution and persona-based content across all funnel stages
• Own and evolve GridGain’s brand and solution messaging and lead a messaging transformation
• Serve as a visible evangelist for GridGain at events, in media, and across digital channels
• Architect an integrated demand generation engine aligned to long-cycle enterprise sales
• Own MQL-to-SQL pipeline rigor, attribution clarity, and alignment with Sales
• Define and execute campaigns targeting new logo acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts
• Reinvigorate GridGain’s connection to the Apache Ignite user base and partner with Developer Relations
• Build and lead a high-performing team across product marketing, demand gen, content, and community
• Recruit and develop talent and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
