About the role
- Lead and grow strategic customer relationships across the UK and Ireland.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within energy and flexibility markets.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders including energy managers, sustainability leaders, and executive teams.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key market forums.
- Work closely with internal trading, optimisation, and product teams to deliver innovative energy solutions to customers.
Requirements
- Strong experience in strategic account management, business development, or commercial leadership within the energy sector.
- Solid understanding of UK and Irish electricity markets, including emerging flexibility or smart grid solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial relationships and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to identify and develop market opportunities.
