About the role

  • Executes the development and implementation of the USPM On-site Team Member Housing (TMH) program by conducting team member leasing activities.
  • Evaluate current programs and processes including set up, data integrity, process flow and continue improving these processes.
  • Conduct audits on TMH lease files and manage TMH renewals.
  • Work closely with Regional Liaisons and operations to understand regional variances and manage and respond to queries.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure lease is moving through the leasing process.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of on-site operations experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in multi-family property management and the Greystar Team Member Housing program policy and procedures.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion – treat sensitive data with strict confidentiality and a high degree of discretion.
  • Strong organization and planning skills to execute centralized team member housing lease responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams), and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi, Real Page, Entrata and One Site).
