About the role
- Manages the day-to-day operations of multiple assigned properties.
- Develops budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
- Ensures timely collection of rent and fees, and oversees financial deposits.
- Approves vendor invoices and manages communication with contractors.
- Oversees lease enforcement and tenant applications.
- Analyzes market trends and implements marketing strategies to improve occupancy.
- Promotes resident satisfaction and ensures property maintenance standards are met.
- Supervises property staff and assists in client/owner relationship management.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multi-family housing operations.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
