Participates in the creation and development of the Company’s web presence by implementing and maintaining the design and content management for both property and corporate level websites and provides technical expertise related to implementation of integrated functionality between Property Management Software platforms utilized by the Company.\n
Manages property and corporate web site content while maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.\n
Implements, administers and provides support for integrated functional components related to prospect and resident portals for all property and corporate level websites.\n
Administers and provides support for all Content Management Site platforms utilized by the Company.\n
Coordinates with internal clients to gather required information to build out website to Company’s standards and participates in the testing and evaluation of website and platform functionality to support easy access to content management.\n
Provides help desk support to troubleshoot technical issues related to integrated functional components related to prospect and resident portals and manage website changes as they are required.\n
Works with vendors to establish platform and website guidelines and participates in the on-going development of those guidelines.\n
Works with internal customers related to specific organizational needs on a project-by-project basis.
