💰 $29 - $37 per hour

About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Manage the reasonable accommodation and ADA interactive process
  • Manage the internship program
  • Actively represent Greylock in civic, community, and professional organizations
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and HR reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Bilingual capability preferred
  • Must be able to work in a stationary position for extended periods
