About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage the reasonable accommodation and ADA interactive process
- Manage the internship program
- Actively represent Greylock in civic, community, and professional organizations
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HR reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Bilingual capability preferred
- Must be able to work in a stationary position for extended periods
