About the role
- Supports the Regional Sales Managers in every aspect of their sales role
- Interacts with resellers and updates them on the progress of requests and contracts
- Manages and handles ad-hoc tasks and special projects
- Liaise with other teams to resolve customer problems
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate client records to increase the effectiveness of lead generation and prospecting activities
Requirements
- Successfully completed business college or several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
- First experience (internships) in sales is beneficial
- Service orientated person with drive to satisfy the client‘s needs
- Enjoys talking to our partners and customers on the phone
- Has good communication and negotiating skills
- Likes to work in a team, has a structured way of working
- Fluent in English, German is beneficial
- Has good MS-Office knowledge
