About the role
- Contribute to the development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan by designing targeted strategies and initiatives aligned with industry trends and business goals,
- Lead and support the rollout of product and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and successful implementation in line with approved plans,
- Perform detailed product cost analysis and recommend pricing policies tailored to each market and channel,
- Analyze sales performance at the product level, uncover trends, and identify areas for improvement and growth,
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, including P&L statements, and propose corrective actions based on data insights,
- Develop and monitor distribution strategies to ensure product availability and adherence to merchandising and brand presentation standards,
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and develop actionable brand and product plans,
- Assist in the planning and execution of market and consumer research initiatives to better understand target audiences and refine marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,
- 3-4 years of experience in category management, brand management, or a similar role,
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proven project management capabilities, with a focus on timely and budget-conscious execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels
- Creative mindset with commercial awareness and problem-solving orientation
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
