About the role

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan by designing targeted strategies and initiatives aligned with industry trends and business goals,
  • Lead and support the rollout of product and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and successful implementation in line with approved plans,
  • Perform detailed product cost analysis and recommend pricing policies tailored to each market and channel,
  • Analyze sales performance at the product level, uncover trends, and identify areas for improvement and growth,
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, including P&L statements, and propose corrective actions based on data insights,
  • Develop and monitor distribution strategies to ensure product availability and adherence to merchandising and brand presentation standards,
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and develop actionable brand and product plans,
  • Assist in the planning and execution of market and consumer research initiatives to better understand target audiences and refine marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • 3-4 years of experience in category management, brand management, or a similar role,
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven project management capabilities, with a focus on timely and budget-conscious execution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels
  • Creative mindset with commercial awareness and problem-solving orientation
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
