About the role

  • Serve as HR advisor to leaders, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people strategies through data‑driven analysis.
  • Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, capability needs, and team development.
  • Lead workforce planning for Spain, using analytical insights on capability gaps, headcount evolution, and organizational readiness.
  • Provide evidence‑based recommendations to support decision‑making on structure, roles, and succession.
  • Lead the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, evaluations, calibrations, and development follow‑up.
  • Identify talent gaps, critical roles, and succession needs using quantitative and qualitative assessment tools.
  • Support managers in creating and executing development plans, ensuring measurable performance outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
  • Define and coordinate learning plans aligned to business needs and corporate programs.
  • Manage training initiatives using internal and external resources (workshops, digital learning, coaching).
  • Monitor learning effectiveness through learning analytics, reporting progress and proposing continuous improvements.
  • Support engagement initiatives and convert insights from surveys, trends, and HR analytics into actionable plans.
  • Facilitate team sessions and development workshops as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business leaders, Corporate HR, and external partners.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication and adherence to HR policies, adapting them appropriately to Spain.
  • Oversee the correct execution of HR processes (hires, exits, changes, benefits) in coordination with Admin/Labor/Payroll.
  • Identify risks or anomalies through analytical review and escalate to subject‑matter experts when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, Law or similar (Mater’s preferred)
  • 7–8 years of experience as HRBP or in Talent/Development roles (partnering function).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting managers in development, learning, engagement, and performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
  • Expertise in performance, talent, and development processes
  • Learning and development planning
  • Coaching and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills applied across HR processes (performance, talent, learning, workforce planning, engagement, reporting)
  • Structured, autonomous, and business‑oriented
  • Working knowledge of Spanish labor framework (non‑technical level)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • A good understanding of best practices in HR topics
  • Working knowledge & understanding of all HR related disciplines including talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organizational design and employee relations;
  • Ability to build supportive relationships and challenges the status quo.
