About the role
- Develop comprehensive data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Power BI and other tools
- Create advanced data models and ETL processes across multiple enterprise systems
- Implement data governance and quality control mechanisms
- Design and maintain complex data transformations using languages such as Python, Spark, SQL, M, DAX and more
- Develop, maintain and optimize data solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform advanced data cleansing and preparation techniques
- Support performance optimization of business units’ solutions
- Maintain excellent communication with the Credit Union team and the rest of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in: ETL processes, specifically in Azure cloud services
- Power BI
- Python
- SQL
- Strong understanding of data modeling and warehouse design
- Experience with cloud data architectures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial services industry experience preferred.
