Turn your model results into clear graphs and tables
Draft short summaries for customer reports
Help prepare slides for client presentations

Requirements

Studying towards a degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Commit to a 10-12 week placement over the summer
Curious and passionate about developing new personal and professional skills
Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills (experience in Excel, Python or mathematical modelling/programming background will be beneficial, although not essential)
Excellent technical report writing, oral communication and presentation skills, ability to define and explain complex technical issues and solutions to non-experts
Creative, analytical and solution orientated, demonstrating the ability to interpret data, generate insights and provide recommendations
Pro-active to learn new skills displaying a willingness to “get stuck in” and undertake work outside ‘comfort zone’
Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate with others and plan and prioritise your time and activities, to deliver against competing/tight deadlines
