About the role
- The Americas Manager – Inspection is accountable for driving strategic growth, market development, senior client engagement, and overall operational performance for DNV Inspection in the United States.
- Define and execute the USA growth strategy in line with MD direction and global Inspection priorities.
- Develop operational readiness to support commercial ambition, focusing on safe and compliant execution of inspection services.
- Hold overall accountability for inspection delivery performance in the USA, ensuring timely execution of inspection services.
- Lead market positioning and client engagement for LNG-related inspection services in the USA and target growth across the non-oil and gas sectors.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in inspection, TIC, energy, or industrial infrastructure.
- Proven growth and delivery track record in the US market.
- Strong exposure to Oil & Gas / LNG or major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both external growth and operational performance.
- Strong commercial, client-facing, and negotiation capability.
- Direct experience with LNG terminals or midstream/downstream assets.
- Experience in non–oil & gas sectors such as power, renewables, data centers, or large-scale industrial infrastructure.
- Experience operating in a matrix, globally governed organisation.
