About the role
- Lead and realise growth ambition in the Benelux market of Power Grids
- Support Energy Transition by leveraging digital transformation
- Monitor market developments and analyze new business opportunities
- Increase market visibility, drive lead generation, and sponsor projects
- Define and operationalize Power Grids strategy and market ambitions
- Work closely with other Sales Managers and Key Account Management organization's teams
- Generate leads and act as opportunity owner for medium to large opportunities
- Support 'your' operational delivery team(s) with setting priorities during resource scarcity
Requirements
- Strong skills in business strategy, sales pipeline management and market analysis, with a focus on advisory services
- Experience in identifying opportunities, managing bids and increasing market presence
- Demonstrated ability to seize and close commercial opportunities and impact business growth and profitability
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in networking and customer engagement, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and advisory services in a fast-paced, changing, complex and ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems, and to understand market trends and make sound judgments
- Ability to define market share within own area and set ambitious, realistic targets for growth
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven ability to coach/mentor and develop professionals
- Commitment to diversity and inclusivity to define the best project-teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and promote an inclusive culture within the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and manage conflicting priorities
- Innovative mindset to generate fresh ideas and solutions, promoting change and novelty
- In-depth knowledge of the Electricity Transmission and Distribution sector in Benelux markets
- Good understanding of Transmission and Distribution market, in particular related to Grid Utilization, transformation and congestion management, its players and dynamics
