DevOps Engineer

• Establish SRE patterns, tooling and culture to ensure systems are fast, observable and resilient
• Design and harden production infrastructure (AWS ECS/Fargate via AWS Copilot migrating to Terraform, RDS/Postgres, S3, EventBridge, Bedrock)
• Lead reliability engineering: define SLOs/SLAs, error-budget policies, capacity planning and load testing
• Own CI/CD: advance GitHub Actions pipeline, introduce progressive delivery and automated rollbacks
• Instrument & Observe: deploy metrics, tracing and logging (Datadog) and run on-call with focus on MTTR and blameless reviews
• Security & compliance: automate patching, secrets management & rotation, enforce least-privilege IAM and SOC 2 controls
• Coach & collaborate: mentor engineers, work with ML and product squads, influence architecture
• Continuously improve: identify systemic bottlenecks, build tooling to eliminate toil and scale the platform
• Drive migrations and disaster recovery planning (AWS Control Tower migration, RDS to Aurora migration, Terraform adoption)

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Accountant

• Review and issue customer invoices accurately and on time in accordance with contract terms; own accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances; assist in cash receipt application and bank reconciliations; maintain AR-related general ledger entries.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing the internal spend request (purchase order) process; evaluate impact of purchase requests on cash flow and encourage approval process adherence.
• Own the monthly spend variance analysis, identify root causes of unapproved spending, and implement remediation processes; work with spend request owners to ensure billing timing on open POs is accurate at quarter close.
• Own the expense accrual and deferral (prepaid expense) processes during the close cycle; coordinate commission and bonus accruals with Head of Sales and Head of Operations.
• Support the month-end close by reviewing the work of external bookkeeping partners and ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline billing, collections, and reconciliation workflows; participate in ad hoc projects such as financial reporting preparation, audit preparation, and systems migration and implementation.
