• Oversee operations in the New England area (specifically in Manchester, NH and central Massachusetts)
• Ensure all operational practices, budgets, and sales goals are achieved
• Train and cultivate strong teams of Branch and/or Service Managers in order to train and cultivate strong teams of Service Professionals
• Guarantee that all company practices and policies are understood and upheld at the branch level
• Coordinate the efforts of the branches
• Responsible for hiring, inspiring, and motivating the management team
• Focus on encouraging teamwork and committed to the company’s mission
• Responsible for empowering and encouraging their management team to grow effectively
