About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee operations in the New England area (specifically in Manchester, NH and central Massachusetts)
Ensure all operational practices, budgets, and sales goals are achieved
Train and cultivate strong teams of Branch and/or Service Managers in order to train and cultivate strong teams of Service Professionals
Guarantee that all company practices and policies are understood and upheld at the branch level
Coordinate the efforts of the branches
Responsible for hiring, inspiring, and motivating the management team
Focus on encouraging teamwork and committed to the company’s mission
Responsible for empowering and encouraging their management team to grow effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong preference for a 4-year degree in business, management, operations, or related field
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to successfully pass a Background, MVR, and Drug Screen
Experience in management with a preference for managing multiple locations/sites/areas
Experience in the Service Industry
Experience managing a P&L with distinct KPIs
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Manage compliance and proper training processes are deployed in each branch.
