About the role

  • - Assist with the set-up and maintenance of vendor records within internal systems.
  • - Support routine checks on new and existing vendors using approved tools and databases.
  • - Help gather, organise, and track documentation required for vendor onboarding and review.
  • - Liaising with several teams* including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC), Purchase and Sales Ledgers, and Credit Control to ensure information is complete and accurate.
  • - Perform data entry and basic data checks, flagging any discrepancies for review.
  • - Maintain confidential records in line with internal procedures.
  • - Provide general administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and responding to internal queries.

Requirements

  • - Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential
  • - Experience of either a customer facing or customer service role is beneficial but not essential
  • - Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • - Good organisational and time-management skills
  • - Basic numeracy skills and confidence working with data
  • - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided)
  • - Clear and professional communication skills
  • - Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
