About the role
- - Assist with the set-up and maintenance of vendor records within internal systems.
- - Support routine checks on new and existing vendors using approved tools and databases.
- - Help gather, organise, and track documentation required for vendor onboarding and review.
- - Liaising with several teams* including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC), Purchase and Sales Ledgers, and Credit Control to ensure information is complete and accurate.
- - Perform data entry and basic data checks, flagging any discrepancies for review.
- - Maintain confidential records in line with internal procedures.
- - Provide general administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and responding to internal queries.
Requirements
- - Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential
- - Experience of either a customer facing or customer service role is beneficial but not essential
- - Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- - Good organisational and time-management skills
- - Basic numeracy skills and confidence working with data
- - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems (training provided)
- - Clear and professional communication skills
- - Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
- - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
